The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has published the CRPF ASI Steno Recruitment 2022 notification for recruiting 12th pass candidates as Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Stenographer. These posts are for regular appointment in the CRPF and candidates will be selected through written exam, physical test, skill test.

Age Limit

For ASI Steno post in CRPF, Candidate must be in the age group of 18-25 years as on 25.01.2023.

Relaxation details for various reserved categories are provided below –

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC: 3 years

Ex-servicemen: 3 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date.

Central Government Servants: who have rendered not less than 3 years regular/ continuous service as on closing date are eligible upto the age of 40 years for General/EWS candidates, 43 years for OBC candidates and upto 45 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.

Children and dependent of victims killed in the 1984 riots or communal riots of 2002 in Gujarat (Un-reserved): 5 Years

Selection Process:

The recruitment process for ASI (Steno) post in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will consist of CBT/Skill Test/PST & DV and medical examination (DME/RME).

Application Fees:

Examination Fees for CRPF ASI (Steno) is ₹ 100/- for male candidates of General, EWS and OBC only.

Candidates belonging to SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen and Female candidates of all categories are exempted.
